Making studying abroad easy and affordable for everyone
Our goal is to provide amazing and life-changing study abroad semesters to as many students as possible. This is why we keep all the fees as low as possible as well. All our fees have been negotiated with each partner university individually.
Normally, you might have to pay as much as 10 000+ USD per semester to study abroad. And that’s not even including flights, accommodation and other costs of living.
Our programs only cost 1790 EUR per semester on average. The fee covers not only the tuition, but many other services as well. Our quick and easy application procedure ensures that you will be won’t have to submit endless piles of documents with your application, and your study placement will also be quickly confirmed. This saves you a lot of time, effort and worry. You will get to focus on matters: travel preparations and the life-changing experiences ahead.

Why two different prices?
Asia Exchange is a European study abroad organization. Tuition fees in European universities and for European students are usually very low – if not free – and, thus, Asia Exchange programs are lower for Europeans as well.
The fees in Asia Exchange’s programs are across the board affordable when compared to other independent program providers, who can often charge several thousands of USD for a study abroad semester.
What’s included in the fees
- Guaranteed placement in the program within 1-7 days of submitting the application
- Application process
- Guidance and services before, during and after the program
- An official acceptance letter and an official transcript from the host university
- A comprehensive Asia Exchange Guide with lots of useful information and tips
- Orientation at the destination
Depending on the destination, the fees may also cover
- An orientation webinar before the semester
- An Ice-Breaking-event
- Books and course materials (if not included, they don’t exceed 50 EUR / USD)
- Orientation weekend trip in selected programs as well as company visits
- A contact person at the destination
What’s not included in the fees
Costs related to travel and living expenses are not included in the fees. You are also responsible for getting a student visa and arranging your own accommodation.
While some study abroad providers might include these services in their fees, we want to keep our fees at minimum and provide you with only what is essential. We also believe in giving you the flexibility to organize your travels and ideal accommodation as you wish, according to your own budget and lifestyle. Taking care of these preparations is also a part of the study abroad experience itself.
If you apply for two semesters for the same or two different universities, you get a 100 EUR / 120 USD discount off the second semester’s tuition fee
If you apply for the whole BBA-degree at Siam University, you get a 300 EUR / 360 USD discount off the second semester’s tuition fee.
If you apply for the HUFS full degree at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, you save around 880 EUR / 1000 USD off the first semester fees.
If you share the news of your application to Asia Exchange on Facebook or Instagram, you get 10 EUR / USD discount off the tuition fee.
Late application fee
The application must be submitted by the application deadline with all the required attachments. If the student applies for a study abroad program or submits required documents after the application period has ended, we are obliged to charge an additional fee of 100 EUR (or 120 USD for students outside of Europe), according to our terms and conditions.
