Finding accommodation in Phuket

There are plenty of accommodation options near the campus and near popular beaches in Phuket. Options range from basic dorm rooms to luxurious villas. The monthly rent is around 100 – 350 EUR per person.

PSU Lodge is situated on campus, in the same building with classrooms. It was completely renovated in 2016. PSU Lodge is nice option for those who want to stay on campus and very near to the student life. It is also the best option for the first nights if you wish to look for accommodation after your arrival in Phuket. Rooms have AC, television, fridge, writing desk and private bathroom. Monthly rate is 12000 THB (approximately 300 EUR) including electricity, water, housekeeping once a week, wi-fi and complimentary drinks and snacks. Daily rate for PSU students is 750 THB (20 EUR).

Fruit Valley Serviced Apartment is a serviced apartment in Kathu, located only 600 meters from Prince of Songkla University. Facilities include a gym, rooftop lawns, a swimming pool in the shade and shared kitchens. Free Internet access is available and the reception is open 24/7. Weekly cleaning service and the use of all the aforementioned facilities are included in the rent. The size of the room ranges from 36-40 m², with one room typically accommodating 1-2 people. The rent is approximately 100-150 EUR/person/month when shared with a friend.

The Scene Condo is located in Kathu, less than one kilometer from PSU campus. Facilities include a gym, laundry services, a swimming pool and a sundeck, a mini-mart, AC. Monthly rent is 10000 THB or 12000 THB (low season / high season). Rent does not include electricity, water or wi-fi.

Delight Village is located next to the university’s side gate. Usually larger groups of friends stay at Delight Village’s villas. We encourage students to be attentive about their belongings.
