Information for advisors

Dear study abroad advisor or international coordinator,

Without your efforts and work, international student exchanges and multi-cultural university campuses would not be the norm we now take for granted.

Universities’ own agreements and the bilateral exchanges are the backbone of student mobility. We at Asia Exchange wish to support the already existing channels for student exchanges and provide students with additional opportunities to study abroad in Asia.

Asia’s importance is accelerating all over the world, and students with language skills, insights into Asian societies and experience of these fast growing economies will be well positioned to take on the ever changing and increasingly challenging work market.

Our host universities are all carefully selected, internationally accredited and among the top institutions in their respective countries. We have a close working relationship with all our host universities and aim to know every detail of our program to be able to provide the most information for our students and help them decide on a destination that best suits their academic background, career aspirations and personal preferences.

We hope to help sending institutions with the work load, provide more opportunities for their outgoing students, and reduce the home universities administrative tasks.

We offer a quality service that leads to an enriching study abroad experience. Please have a look at what our students have said about their study abroad experiences:

“Being a student at Kasetsart University, which is a world-class university, allowed me to get to know and enjoy every single aspect of Thai life and culture. A student gets to know locals and the culture much better than a simple tourist does. I heard each and every student saying ‘I will come back here as soon as possible’.” Angela Carella, Italy – Asia Exchange student in Bangkok

“Studying at Udayana University has been a great experience. The courses and workshops will be of most use to me in the future.” Katriina, Finland – Asia Exchange student in Bali, Indonesia

“The study program developed my skills for interacting in a multicultural environment. It increased my self-knowledge as well as my knowledge on Asian business life and culture. The quality of the courses was excellent. Many of my courses were better than at my home university.” Mirella, Sweden – Asia Exchange student in Phuket, Thailand
