What is an AE ambassador?

AE ambassador recommends our study abroad offerings to their friends and other potential future exchange students. AE rewards registered ambassadors with gift cards.

Here are some examples how you can work as an ambassador:

• Telling your friends and classmates about AE's study abroad programs
• Organizing an info event e.g. at your school's international week in an auditorium or holding an info stand in the lobby 
• Presenting AE study abroad semesters at an event of your student organization or union 
• Writing an article about studying abroad in Asia, for example to your student organization's magazine or to the local newspaper
• Promoting AE on Facebook by uploading photos and posting updates 

Working as an AE ambassador is fun and only your imagination is the limit! You can do different kinds of tasks and even combine them with your studies. Students have combined the tasks  for example in projects in marketing, sales or communications. That allows them to get an interesting subject for their project and gain credits at the same time!

Rewards and benefits 

You will be rewarded a 50 € gift card to Amazon according to the following: 

• Applications received that state that you have recommend AE's study abroad programs for the applicant -  50 € / application
• Published articles on studying abroad in Asia and public performances (e.g. info stand, presentation in an auditorium) -  50 € / article or event
• You can also negotiate on other ways of rewarding your efforts in promoting our programs. 

Benefits for the students:

• If you are a former exchange student, you get to tell about your great experiences!
• Even if you haven't participated in our programs yet, you can do the tasks in a way that suits you the best 
• Tasks can be combined with school assignments 
• You will gain experience in performing and you can get a mark on your CV 
• AE can grant you a referance letter on a well completed task
• Your friends and classmates will get to experience an unforgettable semester in Asia!
